Find Your Passion and Find A Way To Get There!
Let’s face it…although a lot of people truly love their job, many people accept job positions not because they love it, but because there is nothing else available. On that note, it’s safe to assume their job pays more bills than sitting at home does. So, let’s discuss how to earn money and have fun at the same time. After all, your career is supposed to carry you until retirement, right? Don’t you think you ought to enjoy it?
The first question you need to ask yourself is, “What am I passionate about”? Find out all of the things that truly stimulate your mind, make your heart beat faster, and make you excited to get up in the morning. Once identified, take some time to jot down careers or occupations that lend itself to that very passion/motivation. If you have the skills and experience required for that specific industry or occupation, you’re in an even better position! If not, having identified your ‘passion’ is the first step towards obtaining the necessary skills to progress your dream career. The point is that you have to not only work to be great at what you do, you have to want to do it! If you can find those two elements in one position, you are well on your way. It makes waking up in the morning and getting ready for work that much more enjoyable!
Remember that YOU are unique and you have your own personality and dreams. Others will commend and respect you based on how you live your life, not where you choose to work during your lifetime! Follow your heart and create goals that once achieved, will ultimately make you extremely proud, more successful, and most importantly, very happy!
